FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Full-time (40 hours/week), Ansonia
Full-time position available for creative, innovative and self-directed individual to provide case management to center-based families and through partnerships with family day care homes. Responsibilities will include social service case management, coordination of a range of family activities, outreach and recruitment, workshop planning and monthly parent meetings. Qualified candidates should have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Human Services (Bachelor’s preferred) or a related field with a minimum of six months relevant experience. Must have reliable transportation. Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
