This position is in our Early Head Start/Home-Based program which is designed to provide high-quality child and family development services to low-income pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers through 3 years of age.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Services or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with 2+ year’s relevant experience.
Must have 1) knowledge of Early Childhood Education and developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers as well as experience with individualized and group lesson planning, 2) ability to work with diverse population including low income, 3) willingness to work primarily in homes of low-income families, 4) strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, 5) knowledge of community resources, 6) computer skills including MS Office, and 7) ability to work outside normally scheduled hours.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
